Thank you for purchasing G5 Arcade Classics!

In accordance with the Consumer Code, we offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Item must be in original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

  • Exercising the right of withdrawal will result in the refund of the items (within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of return/provision of the details for making the same). The refund will be made by bank transfer, Paypal and/or discount voucher depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Goods Not Covered


    However, there are some items that, due to their nature and purpose, cannot be returned after receipt and use. However, Giga5 Arcade accepts cancellations of these orders while the sale is still ongoing.

    Returns

    The customer benefits from a 14-day right of withdrawal to return a product with which he is not satisfied. This period starts counting from the date of delivery of the order.

    The user must keep the goods in such a way that they can be returned to Giga5 Arcade in the proper conditions of use, with all their original components, accessories and packaging, but may, however, and with due care, inspect and handle the goods. Giga5 Arcade reserves the right not to accept the return of items that show signs of improper use or that have been tampered with in relation to their original condition.

    The user does not have the right to terminate the contract in the case of personalized and/or tailor-made products, or which, by their nature, put at risk the proper safety and hygiene conditions of the product in question.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or lost refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address: Giga5 Arcade - Largo do Pombo N6, 2560-405 Silveira, Torres Vedras

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Reimbursement:


From the date you receive your item and for 14 days, this guarantee allows you to be reimbursed.

When exercising this right of withdrawal or free contractual resolution, G5 Arcade undertakes to reimburse you for the full amount of your order, excluding shipping costs, as well as the costs of returning the order to G5 Arcade's facilities, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

Partial return of a portion of the products ordered will result in a refund for the item(s) returned. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded because the amount of our delivery costs is global and does not depend on the quantity of products ordered.

If the item or items are not returned in their original condition, G5 Arcade reserves the right to not issue a refund or reduce the cost applied to recover the item. Please note that in this case the shipping costs are not refunded.

Only items returned within the deadlines, in perfect condition and in their original packaging (with their accessories, manual, etc.) may be subject to a refund (damaged, dirty products or those showing signs of use will not be accepted).

Any orders for which no element allows the sender to be identified (name, surname, address, order number) cannot be returned.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have registered your return.

Returns can be made through any carrier of your choice. However, it is recommended that you send the product by registered mail or with a receipt and, if necessary, take out insurance with the carrier for the value of the products to protect against any loss or damage. G5 Arcade also offers the possibility of returning your products to the warehouse. In the case of unregistered shipping, G5 Arcade is not responsible for loss or misplacement.
